Origins of Team Smurf
We like to joke that our guild came together because everyone hated solo queuing. While many of us were tired of the lack of communication, we all had two things in mind: learning to play the game with a team and enjoying it with others. And so we did just that. We created an environment in which anyone of any skill could join and play with no worries of being lost in the void called solo queue.
Formed on February 22nd, 2015 by Tsar_Maple with the help of MrTouchnGo and a few other players, we strove to learn and play in a community rather than alone. And we're still here for that purpose. Want to join in the fun? Head over to the application tab for information regarding joining.
Casual and Competitive
Team Smurf is unique in the way we combine competitive players and casual players. All members are encouraged to player with one another in casual play, and we also hold private matches to play ARAM, tryhard matches, or anything else we feel like playing!
Our Competitive team is called VainGuard. It is led by Jajajack and Equal, and is comprised of PoA to Vainglorious players. To learn more about our competitive team, please contact us via Skype or Discord whenever you are accepted into the guild.
